距骨に発生した軟骨芽細胞腫の1例

　軟骨芽細胞腫は比較的稀な良性骨腫瘍であり長幹骨骨端部に好発するが，今回われわれは距骨発生例を経験した．症例は23歳男性で，2年前からの左足関節痛を主訴とし，各種画像検査，病理組織学的検査により，軟骨芽細胞腫と診断した．手術は足関節内果の骨切りで距骨にアプローチし，拡大掻爬術後，自家腸骨を移植した．術後22カ月現在，疼痛，関節可動域制限はなく，再発・転移を認めていない．不十分な掻爬術では，再発・転移例の報告もあり，慎重な経過観察が必要と考えられた．
