凍結肩に対するステロイド関節内注射療法の治療成績

背景：凍結肩に対するステロイドの肩甲上腕関節内注射は，疼痛，可動域を有意に改善するとの過去の報告は散見されるが，本邦での報告は少ない．

方法：2009年9月〜2014年7月に受診した凍結肩20例21肩を対象とした．肩甲上腕関節内にステロイドと局所麻酔薬を注入し，治療成績を検討した．

結果：夜間痛消失までの治療期間は平均7.7週であり，屈曲，外転，外旋は初診時と比較して1カ月で有意な改善を認め，内旋は2カ月で有意に改善した．

まとめ：ステロイドの肩甲上腕関節内注射は有効な治療法である．
