骨粗鬆症　総論

　健康寿命を延伸するためには，骨粗鬆症に対する積極的な介入によって骨折を予防することが重要である．骨粗鬆症の診断に際しては骨折危険因子に関する検討と鑑別診断が不可欠である．診断基準と別に薬物治療開始基準がガイドラインで示されており，本基準に基づき積極的な治療開始が望まれる．さらに，治療の継続も図っていく必要がある．
