関節リウマチ手関節障害に対する軽度掌屈位での手関節全固定術

　関節リウマチ手関節障害で関節破壊や不安定性が強い症例に対して手関節全固定術は有用であるが，筆者らは5〜10°の軽度掌屈位で固定を行っている．今回筆者らが固定を行った6名8関節の術後調査では，1関節が転位で背屈位となっていたが，手術後も回内外可動域は保たれ，疼痛は軽減し，患者の満足度は高く，掌屈位固定により不具合は生じていなかった．関節リウマチ手関節障害に対する軽度掌屈位固定は有用な方法である．
