低侵襲腰椎後方椎体間固定術（Mini-open TLIF）の中期成績

目的：低侵襲腰椎後方椎体間固定術の術後5年の中期臨床成績を調査した．

対象と方法：1椎間の腰椎変性疾患に対し本術式施行後，5年以上の経過観察が可能であった46例を対象とし，臨床成績を調査した．

結果：手術時間，出血量ともOpen TLIFと比較し少ない傾向にあり，臨床成績も良好であった．術後MRIでは，経皮椎弓根スクリュー側で特に背筋侵襲が小さかった．

まとめ：本術式は従来法と比較し，出血量，手術時間とも少ない傾向にあり，また背筋侵襲も軽減され，腰椎変性疾患に対する低侵襲腰椎後方椎体間固定術として応用できる．
