人工膝関節全置換術における関節周囲多剤注射と硬膜外麻酔の術翌日の食事量の比較

目的：人工膝関節全置換術の除痛方法が，食事摂取量に及ぼす影響を調査した．

対象と方法：関節周囲多剤注射と硬膜外麻酔を比較した無作為化比較試験の二次データ解析を行った．対象は111関節である．手術は腰椎麻酔下に行った．

結果：術翌日の食事摂取は，関節周囲多剤注射群で82.0％が全量摂取可能であり，硬膜外麻酔群では34.4％が全量摂取可能だった(p＜0.0001，カイ二乗検定)．

まとめ：関節周囲多剤注射群は，硬膜外麻酔群よりも術翌日朝に食事を全量摂取できる割合が高率だった．
