55歳以下の若年者変形性膝関節症に対する人工膝関節全置換術

背景：若年者変形性膝関節症(OA膝)に対する人工膝関節全置換術(TKA)の臨床成績を検討，調査した．

対象と方法：55歳以下の若年者のOA膝に行った初回TKA 75人85膝を対象とし，臨床所見およびX線学的計測を調査した．再置換例の原因，合併症も調査，検討した．

結果：臨床症状は有意に改善した．再置換術に至ったものは7例であり，再置換までの期間は，平均13年9カ月であった．

まとめ：若年者OA膝に対するTKAの臨床成績は概ね良好であった．
