逸脱内側半月板に対するCentralization法の短期成績

目的と方法：内側半月板が逸脱するとhoop機能は失われ，半月板機能が破綻してしまう．そのため変形性膝関節症の進行や悪化につながる．今回，鏡視下centralization法を4例5膝に施行し，その術後短期成績を画像所見，Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score(KOOS)を用いて調査した．

結果：術前MRIで計測した逸脱距離は平均5.4±0.9mmであったが，術後2.8±0.6mmに減少した．逸脱率は術前平均39±5％であったが，術後21±5％に減少した．

結語：本研究から内側半月板に対するcentralization法は逸脱を整復することが可能であった．短期ではKOOSにおいて成績は良好であった．
