小児緊急手術における超音波ガイド下神経ブロックの有用性

背景：小児緊急手術における超音波ガイド下神経ブロックの有用性はいまだ明らかではない．

対象と方法：ブロック群9例，全身麻酔群6例で，麻酔追加や有害事象，手術時間，入院日数を比較した．

結果：全例麻酔の追加はなく，有害事象は認めなかった．手術時間と入院日数は有意差がなかった．手術室滞在時間から手術時間を引いた平均時間は，ブロック群(34.4分)が全身麻酔群(95.8分)より有意に短かった(p＜0.001)．

まとめ：小児緊急手術において，超音波ガイド下神経ブロックは有用であり，手術室使用時間を短縮できる．
