Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosisに伴った脊椎損傷に対するMIS-Long Fixation

　Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis(以下，DISH)は骨性強直のため軽微な外傷で脊椎損傷をきたす．本損傷に対する治療法として早期の脊椎固定術が推奨されているが，高齢者や合併症を有する患者が多く，より低侵襲な方法が望ましい．

　本損傷4例に対してMIS-long fixationを行い，良好な成績を得た．Minimally invasive spine(MIS)-long fixationは本損傷に対して有効な選択肢となり得るが，術中・術後の合併症に対する注意が必要である．
