半月変性断裂に対する保存治療

　半月変性断裂は複合断裂が多く変形性膝関節症(膝OA)との関連性が指摘されているが，明らかに膝OAになっていない病態があり臨床症状も一定ではない．本症に対する保存治療は治療の第一選択であり，安易に半月切除を行うべきではない．しかし，保存治療は現時点で対処療法が中心であり，一定の効果は期待できるが十分とはいえない．したがって，保存治療に対する患者さんの満足度と希望を踏まえたうえで，次段階の治療も念頭に入れた適切な対応が必要と考えられる．
