中高年の変性半月断裂に対する治療：縫合術

　中高年における半月断裂は基盤に変性があるため，その多くは切除術が選択されてきた．しかし近年，半月の重要性が再認識されるようになり，半月縫合術は変性断裂に対しても適応を拡大しつつある．本稿では中高年の変性半月に特徴的な断裂形態を示し，それぞれに対する当施設における縫合術の実際を概説する．
