高齢者に発生した腰椎Endodermal Cystの1例

　高齢者に発生した腰椎endodermal cystの1例を経験した．症例は73歳の男性，両膝から下腿のしびれを主訴に当院を紹介され受診した．MRIでL2/L3高位の馬尾腫瘍とL3/L4，L4/L5高位の脊柱管狭窄を認めた．手術において囊腫様の腫瘍摘出とL2-L5除圧固定術を行った．MRI所見に特徴的なものはなく，病理組織検査で確定診断を得た．術後，患者のQOLは改善し高い手術満足度を得られているが，MRIにおいてcystの一部と思われる輝度変化が残存しているため，今後の経過観察が必要である．
