関節内注射後当日入浴の安全性の検討

背景：関節内注射後当日入浴の安全性について検討した．

対象と方法：膝・肩関節疾患に対して関節内注射後当日入浴を行った患者324例(注射回数2,018回)を対象とした．注射当日に入浴を指示し，注射後2，4，12週に感染の有無，血液検査，関節液細菌培養検査について調査した．

結果：すべての評価時期において感染は認めず，血液検査では平均白血球数は5,727，5,813，5,702/μL，平均CRPは0.13，0.10，0.06mg/dLであった．関節液培養検査(302回)においても細菌は検出されなかった．

まとめ：関節内注射後当日入浴を行うことで感染は助長されず，安全に施行できる可能性が示唆された．
