仰臥位外側アプローチ

　人工股関節置換術(THA)の仰臥位外側アプローチには，ソケットを正確に設置できる長所がある．大転子を切離するCharnleyアプローチは，特に大腿骨側の展開に優れているが，大転子癒合不全例が数％あることが欠点で，特に骨接合部の条件が悪い再置換術では不利である．そこで，MISから再置換術まで応用可能な大転子非切離仰臥位外側アプローチを行っている．大転子非切離でのCharnley THAは耐用性が劣るので，大転子非切離でも良好な耐用性が報告されているExeter THAを用いている．大転子非切離とインプラントが異なること以外は，Charnleyの基本原理に準拠している．
