破格腱切除が有効であったLinburg-Comstock syndromeの1例

　Linburg-Comstock syndromeにおいては，長母指屈筋腱と示指深指屈筋腱間に連結する破格腱により示指の独立伸展が妨げられる．破格腱は高い頻度で存在するが，痛みを来すことは非常に稀である．

　患者は19歳女性，右母指を屈曲すると示指は伸展不可能であった．術前画像診断はできなかったが，理学所見から上記病態を疑い，破格腱の切除術を施行した．術後，独立屈曲が可能となり，患者の満足を得た．

　本症例では巧緻運動障害のみが主訴であったが，破格腱の切除により症状が改善した．
