膝内側半月板後角断裂の修復術—断裂様式と術後成績の相関

はじめに：膝内側半月板(MM)後角をpull-out法で縫合している．断裂様式と術後成績の関連を調査した．

対象と方法：2014年1月〜2015年12月の39例とし，うち22例は再鏡視可能であった．男性4例，女性35例で，年齢は平均65.0歳であった．

結果：断裂様式は完全断裂32例，部分断裂2例，陳旧性変化5例であった．抜釘時に完全癒合は5例，不完全癒合は17例であった．

考察：断裂様式と術後成績は相関せず，MM後角部の治癒能力が高いためと考えられた．
