足底部に発生したSoft Tissue Osteomaの1例

　今回われわれは極めて稀である四肢体幹部におけるsoft tissue osteomaの1例を経験したので報告する．22歳男性，11年前に出現し，緩徐に増大する左足底部腫脹を主訴に来院された．悪性も考慮し部分切除生検を行った，術中迅速検査の結果，悪性所見のない骨腫との診断であったため一期的に全摘出を行った．摘出検体は48×40×42mmと骨腫としても大きいものであった．病理組織学的には，成熟した正常骨組織像を示し，辺縁優位の骨化を認めず，軟部組織内での発生であったことからsoft tissue osteomaと診断した．過去の報告例など，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
