小児膝蓋骨脱臼の2例

　小児膝蓋骨脱臼は放置すると膝蓋骨や滑車形成の発達に影響するため，できるだけ早期の観血的整復術が推奨されている．今回われわれは小児膝蓋骨脱臼の2例3膝を経験した．症例は4歳5カ月男児と7歳3カ月男児で，ともに母親が膝蓋骨脱臼に気付いたため当院を受診した．2例3膝ともdistal realignment法の1つであるRoux-Goldthwait法に外側支帯解離術と内側広筋縫縮術(Insall法)を追加した術式を行った．術後7年から9年の時点で良好な結果を得たので報告する．
