誌上シンポジウム リバース型人工肩関節手術でわかったこと

Aequalis^TM Reversed Shoulderシステムの術後1年時における短期成績について報告する．上腕骨近位端骨折，骨折続発症に対しては上方アプローチを，その他の疾患に対しては前方アプローチを用いた．術後1年の成績は概ね満足いくものであったが，術前の可動域のよい腱板系の疾患のほうが，また女性より男性のほうが成績のよい傾向がみられた．
