化膿性膝関節炎に対するオープンドレナージ法を併用した鏡視下滑膜切除の治療成績

背景：化膿性膝関節炎は不可逆性の関節機能障害を来し得るため，早期治療が重要である．

方法：2006年2月〜2014年1月に手術を施行した13例15膝を対象とし，オープンドレナージ法併用鏡視下滑膜切除術を行い，治療成績について検討した．術後荷重は早期荷重群と非早期荷重群に分類し，統計学的検討を行った．

結果：全例で感染が鎮静化し，高度な可動域制限を来した症例は認めなかった．早期荷重群は入院期間が有意に短かった．

まとめ：化膿性膝関炎においてオープンドレナージ法併用鏡視下滑膜切除術は有用な治療法である．
