大腿骨寛骨臼インピンジメントに対する保存的治療—方法と限界

　股関節における画像評価の向上により，大腿骨寛骨臼インピンジメント(FAI)や寛骨臼関節唇損傷(関節唇損傷)の関節内疾患が注目されるようになった．また，股関節鏡下手術の手技の発展も伴いFAIや関節唇損傷に対する手術療法が増加している．一方，FAIや関節唇損傷例に対する保存的治療についての報告は少なく，いまだ確立されていない．当科では股関節内外への注射，薬物療法，およびリハビリテーション指導による保存的治療を試みており，より適切な手術症例の選択に心がけている．当科における保存的治療の方法と今後の課題について概説する．
