アセトアミノフェン・ステロイド・ノイロトロピン

アセトアミノフェン

　アセトアミノフェンは，1873年に米国の生化学者であるHarmon Northrop Morseが合成に成功し，空腹時でも飲める鎮痛薬として，欧米および本邦においても一般用医薬品(OTC drug：over the counter drug)として広く普及している．

　疼痛発現の機序ははっきりしていないが，最近では，アセトアミノフェンは，まず肝臓でp-アミノフェノールに代謝され，脳，脊髄に移行した後，AM404となる．AM404はカンナビノイド(CB)1受容体のリガンドであるとともに，アナンダミドの細胞内取り込みを阻害し鎮痛作用をもたらすと考えられている¹⁾．
