二期的手術により全摘できた頚胸髄上衣腫の1例

　今回われわれは，頚胸髄上衣腫に対して二期的に摘出術を行い，経過良好な1例を経験したので報告する．症例は27歳，女性である．主訴は頚部痛および右手のしびれであった．第5頚椎から第1胸椎にかけて長径8cm大の囊胞を伴う髄内腫瘍を認め，上衣腫を疑い手術を行った．術中高度な脊髄誘発電位低下を認めたため，手術を中断し，3カ月後に二期的に摘出術を行い，腫瘍は全摘された．髄内腫瘍においても術中脊髄誘発電位が低下した場合には二期的な摘出術が選択肢の1つになりうると思われた．
