上殿皮神経障害による腰痛

「腰痛診療ガイドライン2012」1)によれば，腰痛の85％は原因が特定できない非特異的腰痛に分類されており，腰痛の日常診療では非特異的腰痛に対してどのように治療していくかは重要なことである．近年，筆者は腰痛を呈する腰椎周辺疾患2)(上殿皮神経障害，中殿筋障害3)，中殿皮神経障害，梨状筋症候群，仙腸関節障害など)，特に，上殿皮神経障害による腰痛に注目して腰痛治療を行っている．本稿では，上殿皮神経障害による腰痛の診断，治療について述べるとともに，現時点での問題点や将来の展望についても言及する．
