化膿性肩関節炎に対する鏡視下デブリドマンの治療成績

文献概要

背景：化膿性肩関節炎に対する鏡視下デブリドマンの治療成績を検討した．

対象と方法：術後6カ月以上調査可能であった6例6肩に対し，感染の鎮静化と再発の有無，また最終調査時の肩関節機能を日本整形外科学会肩関節疾患治療成績判定基準(JOAスコア)で評価した．

結果：全例で感染は鎮静化し，また最終調査時まで再発はなかった．最終調査時，平均JOAスコアは81.5(62〜95)で，比較的良好な肩関節機能が獲得されていた．

まとめ：鏡視下デブリドマンは化膿性肩関節炎に対する有効な治療法と考えられた．
