人工股関節全置換術後10年経過した患者の転倒に関連する要因

目的：本研究の目的は，人工股関節全置換術(THA)後10年経過した患者の転倒に関連する要因について検討することである．

対象と方法：対象は，THA後10年経過した患者60名とした．過去1年間の転倒の有無で転倒群と非転倒群に群分けし，患者背景，運動機能，身体活動量について両群を比較した．

結果：転倒群は，非転倒群と比較して，外転筋力と片脚立位時間が有意に低値であり，さらに高活動の者が有意に少なかった(p＜0.05)．

まとめ：THA後10年経過した患者の転倒には，外転筋力や片脚立位時間および身体活動量が関連することが示唆された．
