足底腱膜炎の治療

はじめに

　足底腱膜は，踵骨隆起の内側結節から始まり，第1〜5趾基節骨底面に停止する頑丈な腱組織で，足の縦アーチを支えている．足底腱膜炎は，歩行やランニングなどにより足底腱膜への微小外傷が繰り返されて同部位が変性し踵部に痛みをもたらす疾患で，ランナーに好発することが知られている¹⁾．

　本稿では，足底腱膜炎の診断および治療について，新たな知見も交えて解説する．
