座位時脊椎アライメントのX線学的検討—椅座位と体育座りの比較

背景：本研究は，子どもが日常的に行う椅座位と体育座りについて，X線画像から胸椎，腰椎・骨盤のアライメントを計測したので報告する．

対象と方法：対象は，30歳以下の健常成人男性9名とした．撮影肢位は立位，椅座位，体育座りとし，それぞれのアライメントを算出した．

結果：体育座りは，椅座位に比べ胸椎後弯角，腰椎前弯角，仙骨傾斜角が有意(p＜0.05)に後傾していた．

まとめ：体育座りは椅座位よりも脊椎後弯が強く，腰椎構成体に負担の強い姿勢である可能性が示唆された．
