Femoroacetabular impingementと腰椎疾患の鑑別について—術後遺残性疼痛と鑑別可能であったFemoroacetabular impingement6症例の経験

　Femoroacetabular impingement(FAI)は，股関節の病態でありながら，腰椎疾患に似た症状を呈することが知られている．明確な画像診断基準が存在するものの，詳細な評価が必要なこともあり診断が容易とは言えない．

　また，FAIを発症しうる潜在的形態異常を有する割合も高く，脊椎手術後の早期にFAIが発症した場合には，遺残性疼痛と診断され，治療に難渋する可能性があり，術前に本病態の有無を確認しておくことが必要である．
