両側同時受傷した大腿骨骨頭骨折の1例

　症例は23歳女性，高速道路上で発生した交通事故でThompson ＆ Epstein分類TypeⅤ，Pipkin分類TypeⅣの両側大腿骨骨頭骨折を受傷した．右側はsurgical dislocation法を用い，左側は前方アプローチで進入し骨片の内固定を施行した．術後2年経過時，関節症性変化や骨頭壊死などは認めていない．大腿骨骨頭骨折は，可能な限り骨頭の骨片は内固定を行い，臼蓋の骨片が大きい場合には，積極的に観血的に骨折部の観察を行うことが望ましい．
