誌上シンポジウム 創外固定でどこまでできるか？

外傷後遺症に対する創外固定を用いた治療

　外傷後後遺症の中で創外固定が有用な疾患としては①変形治癒，②骨端線損傷後の変形，③偽関節(感染性・非感染)，④軟部組織欠損，⑤尖足変形，⑥関節牽引形成術がある．本編では，①から④についての代表症例を呈示し，その有用性を考察した．創外固定は，近年敬遠される傾向にあるが，内固定にないメリットがたくさんあり，かつ創外固定でしかできない治療もあり，外傷後後遺症の治療には非常に有用である．
