仰臥位前方進入法による人工股関節全置換術後の異所性骨化

背景：仰臥位前方進入法(DAA)による人工股関節置換術(THA)後の異所性骨化(HO)の傾向や発生率についてはいまだ十分解明されていない．

対象と方法：当院のDAA THAを行った1,023股を調査した．

結果：22.1％(226/1,023股)にHOを認めた．Brooker分類classⅢ以上の発生率は2.6％(27/1,023股)であった．男性，低年齢者，手術時間の長い症例，術前の変形が高度な症例で出現率が高かった．

まとめ：手術侵襲が大きく軟部組織損傷の大きい症例ほどHO出現率が高かった．
