転位した第7頚椎上関節突起骨片による神経根症を生じた1症例

　第7頚椎の片側性上関節突起骨折により神経根障害を来した1例を経験した．症例は50歳男性でトラックの荷台から転落し受傷した．単純X線像とMRIで明らかな異常が認められなかったため，頚椎カラーによる保存療法を継続した．しかし，上肢の脱力感，しびれに改善がないため，当院受診後3週目(受傷後7週目)に行ったCT検査で骨折が判明した．受傷から約2カ後に内視鏡下手術を行い，術後2年の時点では，しびれは残存しているものの筋力は回復し復職している．頚部外傷においてCT検査の重要性を再認識させられた症例であった．
