強直性脊椎疾患症例と非強直性脊椎疾患症例では経皮的椎弓根スクリューの刺入精度に違いはあるのか？—同一術者によるフルオロスコピーガイド下刺入での検討

背景：経皮的椎弓根スクリュー(以下，PPS)を用いた脊椎固定術は，低侵襲に広範囲に固定できる点で強直性脊椎疾患(以下，ASD)症例の固定にも有用である．本研究の目的は，ASD症例は非ASD症例と比べPPSの刺入精度に違いがあるかを検討することである．

対象と方法：同一術者が刺入したPPS 274本(ASD群132本，非ASD群142本)を対象とし，逸脱率を調査した．

結果：PPS逸脱率はASD群で7.6％，非ASD群で2.1％であり，ASD群で有意に逸脱率が高かった．

まとめ：ASD症例ではPPS刺入には注意を要する．
