非解剖学的前十字靱帯再建術後再再建術症例の組織学的評価

目的：非解剖学的前十字靱帯(ACL)再建術後再再建術症例の初回移植腱の組織学的評価を行うこと．

方法：初回移植腱は大腿筋膜張筋1例，骨付膝蓋腱1例につき，関節鏡視下に初回移植腱を切離し，長軸方向に標本作製を行った．

結果：辺縁部のコラーゲン線維配向は整で紡錘形細胞があった．中央部のコラーゲン線維配向は不整で無細胞領域と小球形細胞が存在していた．αSMA陽性血管は辺縁部のみならず移植腱内に確認された．S100陽性神経終末は確認されなかった．

考察：非解剖学的ACL再建術後の初回移植腱は，正常ACLとは異なる組織学的特徴を示した．
