背臥位・端座位での肩峰上腕骨頭間距離の比較—健常者を対象とした超音波診断装置による調査

背景：肩関節疾患における夜間痛の一要因である肩峰上腕骨頭間距離(以下，AHD)の狭小化について，夜間痛の発生しやすい背臥位と，抗重力位である端座位を比較してAHDの評価を行った報告はない．

対象と方法：健常成人男性21例に対し，超音波検査で肩峰と上腕骨頭を描出し，背臥位と端座位でのAHDを比較した．

結果：端座位と比較し，背臥位でAHDは有意に減少していた．

まとめ：夜間痛を有する肩関節疾患に対して，背臥位でAHDの狭小化が生じるため，就寝時のポジショニング指導が必要であると考える．
