　Fitmore®ステム(Zimmer Biomet社製)は，Zweymüllerステムの特徴である四角形の断面コンセプトを継承したショートステムであり，トリプルテーパー形状で2種類の内側カーブと3種類のネックデザインをもった近位固定型の大腿骨インプラントである．回旋安定性に優れ，内側のカルカー近位に荷重伝達されるデザインは，従来のステムの長期経過でみられるようなストレス遮蔽を低減すると考えられる．われわれは，2014年1月から，このFitmore®ステムを使用していて，その経験から得た知見に考察を加えて報告する．
