エコーガイド下注射の最前線 Hydrorelease

はじめに

　われわれ整形外科医が行う治療行為は，手術治療と非手術(保存)治療に大別される．整形外科関連の学術集会のシンポジウムなどにおいては，手術治療がテーマとして取り上げられる機会が多く，そのため整形外科医の興味は手術治療に偏りがちである．しかし，実際の日常診療において，手術治療が必要となるケースより保存治療を適応するケースのほうが圧倒的に多い．手術治療に先んじて行われるべき保存治療について，整形外科医はその重要性を再認識し真摯に取り組まなければならない．

　保存治療における重要なオプションとして近年注目されている手技が，エコーガイド下注射である．本稿では，エコーガイド下注射の基本的な手技を説明し，最新の手技であるHydroreleaseについても症例を提示して解説する．
