骨粗鬆症性脊椎骨折に対する手術療法の術後生存率と生命予後因子

　骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折に対して手術を施行された患者の生命予後については報告が少ない．そこで，骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折後に遷延治癒となり，手術を要した症例の術後生命予後について解析した．われわれの研究では術式の違いによる差はなく，術前検査で低アルブミン血症を呈する症例は注意を要することが明らかとなった．大腿骨近位部骨折では手術介入による生命予後に関する研究が多く報告されるが，本症例については未知の部分が多く，今後さらなる研究がまたれる．
