高度な短縮を伴った橈骨遠位端骨折後の偽関節に対して尺骨遠位端を移植骨として用いた2例

　橈骨遠位端骨折は骨癒合が得られやすい骨折であり，偽関節に至ることは稀である．今回，橈骨の高度な短縮に加え，橈骨手根関節と遠位橈尺関節の破綻を伴った橈骨遠位端骨折後の偽関節の2例に対して，尺骨遠位端の切除による手関節形成を行い，その切除した骨片を移植骨として再利用し加療した．その結果，偽関節部の骨癒合が得られ，手関節の機能が改善した．
