変形性足関節症に対する鏡視下手術

　手術の低侵襲化は時代の流れであり，関節鏡へのニーズは高い．足関節についても同様である．変形性足関節症に対する関節鏡視下手術は主として鏡視下デブリドマンと鏡視下足関節固定術の2通りである．鏡視下デブリドマンのエビデンスは少なく，明確な適応は明らかとなっていない．しかし，症例を限定すれば有効な治療法となり得る．一方，末期変形性足関節症に対する鏡視下足関節固定術は既に確立された手術方法である．
