組織学的，生体力学的観点からみたACL付着部

文献概要

　解剖学的膝前十字靱帯(anterior cruciate ligament：ACL)再建術を行うためには，正確なACL付着部位置とその性状について理解を深めることが重要である．組織学的解剖研究は正確な付着位置や形態を観察することが可能で，その組織学的形態から付着部への力学的負荷を検討することができる．本稿では，靱帯付着部の組織学的，生体力学的特性について述べた後に，諸家の大腿骨側付着部の組織解剖についての報告を紹介し，脛骨側付着部の組織解剖については筆者らの研究について解説する．
