骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折保存治療における回復期リハビリテーション病棟および地域包括ケア病棟での治療成績

背景：在宅復帰を目指す回復期リハビリテーション病棟と地域包括ケア病棟における運動器疾患の治療成績については過去に報告がない．

対象と方法：骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折の保存治療に対して整形外科で入院した患者391名に対して，後ろ向きに両病棟における治療成績を比較した．

結果：両病棟間で治療成績に差は認められず，自宅復帰においては整形外科からの転棟時の日常生活動作（ADL）が影響していた．

まとめ：骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折の保存治療における在宅に向けたリハ治療は，包括ケア病棟における療養で十分に対応可能である．
