初期大腿骨顆部特発性骨壊死症における超音波診断の有用性

背景：大腿骨顆部特発性骨壊死症(以下，ON)は，初期ではX線像に描出されない．本研究では，超音波検査による初期ONの早期診断について検討した．

対象と方法：ON群9名とコントロール群6名に対し，超音波検査による血流シグナルの有無，血管抵抗値を計測した．血流シグナルによる疾患鑑別，有症期間と血管抵抗値の関係性について統計学的検討を実施した．

結果：ON群で血流シグナルを有するものは8例(88.9％)であり，感度＝0.83，特異度＝0.88であった．血管抵抗値と有症期間に高い相関(r＝0.81)を認めた．

まとめ：初期ONのスクリーニングに超音波検査は有用である．
