思春期特発性側弯症

文献概要

　思春期特発性側弯症は，側弯症の中では最も多くみられるものであり，近年，側弯症診療は急速に進歩している．側弯症患者を診る際には，肩の高さ，ウエストライン，肩甲骨の位置，前屈した背面の左右差をチェックし，これまで診断されていない症候性側弯症や神経原性側弯症の合併の可能性も含めて診察を行う．手術は，3DCT画像を活用して術前準備を行い，O-armナビを使ってスクリュー刺入を行っている．また，rod rotationを行わないdual rod translation法について解説した．
