筋ジストロフィー・脊髄性筋萎縮症に伴う脊柱側弯症の治療—神経・筋疾患に伴う脊柱変形の治療

　神経・筋疾患に伴う脊柱側弯症はほとんどが進行性である．また，高度な変形に至る．このため手術的治療が推奨され，矯正効果も大きい．しかし，周術期合併症は多いとされ，また，手術の効果のエビデンスは多くはない．しかし，実臨床においては極めて高い有効性を実感できる治療法である．今後はエビデンスとなる評価方法を確立し，手術のメリット・ベネフィットを確認していく必要がある．
