小児の頚椎疾患

　近年は著しい少子化の影響で，一般病院で小児を診る機会が格段に減っている．さらに小児の頚椎病変となるとかなりニッチな分野で，もはや稀少疾患の気配さえ漂い始めている．本稿では，その領域で知っておくべき代表的な疾患を4つ解説した．各疾患の詳細は成書に譲るが，日頃小児専門病院で仕事をする中で感じるpitfallをなるべく記載するように心がけた．
