Platelet-Rich Plasma(PRP)を用いた組織再生

はじめに

　多血小板血漿(platelet-rich plasma：PRP)とは全血を遠心分離することにより作製される血小板が濃縮された血漿成分のことをいい，その概念は，1970年代における血小板減少症患者に対する血小板輸血の使用が始まりとされている．1990年代に，Marxら¹⁾が口腔外科領域においてPRPの骨および軟部組織再生に対する有用性を報告して以来，筋骨格系をはじめとした整形外科領域においても組織再生に応用されている．
