Silicone tube法を用いたDupuytren拘縮に対するコラゲナーゼ注射療法—チューブ長選択の実際

背景：STチューブセットは，コラゲナーゼ注入深度をシリコンチューブで深度；2，2.2，2.5，2.7，3mmに調整して注入できる．

対象と方法：43指(小指24指，環指17指，中指2指)を対象に小(2，2.2mm)，中(2.5mm)，大(2.7，3mm)サイズの選択状況を指別に調べた．

結果：サイズ選択率は小指は小；67％，中；4％，大；30％，環指は小；59％，大；41％であった．中指では小；1指，中；1指であった．

まとめ：小指では小サイズ選択率が高い傾向を示した．
